- This product needs to be applied by a professional (dermatologist). The professional will adapt the right concentration of TCA according to your skin. You also have to use a post-peeling cream. Maybe the concentration was too high for her skin because if the procedure is well done you shouldn't be burned for a week.

- for acne scars, (depressed scars, about 0.5mm deep) do you think a TCA peeling would work better or something like laser treatment/dermabrasion would work better?
- my daughter did this for acne...it burnt her face so bad it looked like brown leather for a week...when it finally peeled (thank god i thought she was scarred for life) her acne was still there...the kids all made fun of her calling her scar face...she wouldnt go any where the experience was terrible.. it started burning as soon as she applied it...her skin might have been sensitive?? who knows..this isnt a product I would allow just anybody apply unless your also ready for a bad experience.
