This WineBuddy Sauvignon Blanc kit will make you 30 Bottles of wine in just 7 days.

A very complex dry white wine with flavours of green apple, passion fruit, gooseberry, peach, lime and grass.  Tip: - Try adding 15grams of oak chips to the fermenting wine to add extra body and flavours of vanilla, pastry, butter and nutmeg.

It will be drinkable in just 7 days! It's recommended to leave it for a couple of months or more though as all wines get better with age. It's worth the wait! The strength will be somewhere around the 11% ABV mark making it commercial strength. If you like it stronger though simply add less water for a higher concentrated brew and higher ABV percentage.
